Background
Some client relationships are built on a single project. Others grow into something far more meaningful. Our work with Weatherbys Private Bank is the latter — a long-term creative partnership rooted in trust, shared ambition, and a deep understanding of what makes this extraordinary institution tick.
Weatherbys is a name with serious heritage. Established in 1770, the family-run business has been central to British horse racing for over 250 years, and today encompasses a group of enterprises including Weatherbys Racing Bank and Weatherbys Private Bank. Honoured as Private Bank of the Year in 2021, the organisation has always stood for excellence, discretion and legacy.
The Brief
Arch Creative has been a trusted partner across the Weatherbys group for a number of years, supporting the development of their brand, their guidelines and a wide range of creative assets. When the time came to implement and evolve their brand identity across a growing suite of touchpoints, they knew exactly who to call.
Weatherbys came to us with a clear ambition: to ensure their brand was working harder across every interaction – digital, print, internal and external – without losing the gravitas that defines them. With a brand identity that needed to be consistently and confidently applied across a broad range of assets, they needed a creative team that already understood the nuances of who they are and what they stand for.
That is precisely what a long-term partnership makes possible.

Brand Application
Bringing the brand to life, everywhere it matters
With a strong grasp of the Weatherbys brand world, built through our history of developing their brand and brand guidelines together, our focus turned to ensuring that identity was applied with real intention and craft across every touchpoint.
We rolled out the brand across a comprehensive range of assets, including:
Print and Client-Facing Materials
Beautifully produced brochures and client documents, including retirement planning literature and financial forms, each crafted to reflect the sophistication and trustworthiness of the Weatherbys name. Every detail, from layout to typography to paper stock guidance, was considered.
App Design and Digital Assets
We designed app interfaces and icon assets that carry the brand into the digital space with the same level of refinement expected of a private bank. Clean, intuitive and unmistakably Weatherbys.

Branded Stationery and Notepads
From the everyday to the premium, branded stationery including notepads were produced to ensure consistent brand expression across internal and client-facing touchpoints alike.
Digital Advertising
A refreshed suite of digital ads, developed to engage new audiences while retaining the confidence and polish that existing clients expect.
Video and LinkedIn Content
A new approach to video content for LinkedIn, ensuring Weatherbys’ social presence reflected the quality and personality of the wider brand.
Workplace and Internal Comms
Graphics and materials to create a more inspiring, branded workplace environment, supported by internal communications campaigns and video production that spoke directly to the Weatherbys team.

Campaign
WeatHERbys
One of the highlights of our ongoing partnership has been the WeatHERbys campaign, a powerful piece of work celebrating the women who lead, inspire and shape Weatherbys Private Bank.
By emphasising ‘HER’ within the brand name itself, we created a visual device that was both elegantly simple and genuinely resonant. It did not need to shout to make an impact. It was precise, purposeful and proud.
The campaign brought to life the stories of women across the organisation, from those in senior leadership to those whose careers have been shaped and supported through Weatherbys’ commitment to inclusive growth. Through a blend of digital content, print and video, we captured real experiences, real voices and real achievement.
The response from staff was overwhelmingly positive, with strong engagement reflecting a genuine sense of connection with the campaign’s message. Beyond its internal impact, WeatHERbys strengthened Weatherbys’ employer brand and positioned them as an institution that does not just talk about inclusion — it actively demonstrates it.
Internal Campaign
The Weatherbys Awards
Excellence deserves to be celebrated, and celebrated well. We were proud to design and produce the full creative suite for the Weatherbys Awards, an internal ceremony honouring outstanding achievement across the business.
We developed a cohesive design look and feel for the event, setting the tone for a truly prestigious evening. At the heart of the ceremony was a bespoke animated video, storyboarded and directed by our team, voiced by a professional voiceover artist, that introduced nominees and guided the structure of the event with energy and warmth.
Alongside this, we produced a heritage video played during the evening, tracing the remarkable milestones of Weatherbys’ 250-plus-year history. It was a moment that grounded the celebrations in something bigger, a reminder of the legacy that every person in the room is part of continuing.
The result was an event that felt genuinely special. Polished, purposeful and very Weatherbys.
"The team at Arch not only understand our brand’s vision, they also understand our ways of working. They always make us feel like we are their priority, even when giving them incredibly tight turnaround times! When working on new projects, it’s great to know Arch are part of our team."
Nicola Hilder, Head of Marketing, Weatherbys Bank.
The Result
A partnership that keeps growing
What makes our work with Weatherbys genuinely rewarding is not any single deliverable, it is the breadth and depth of what we have built together over time. From brand strategy and guidelines through to app design, print collateral, internal campaigns and live events, we have been a constant creative presence at every stage of their evolution.
We continue to support Weatherbys Private Bank and Racing Bank across their internal and external marketing, ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand presence that does justice to their reputation and their ambitions. That is what long-term partnership looks like at its best.
