Serving our community.Arch believes in the power of creativity to drive positive change. Over the years we’ve developed long-term partnerships and collaborations with a number of charities, CIC’s and not-for-profits.
We’ve self-initiated a number of community-driven projects including our Street Stories digital art trail, our BrewBeat music festival, and a range of multi-award winning subculture exhibitions.

Good work needs great people.We have a fancy studio in a converted shoe factory in Leicester’s Cultural Quarter – but true culture isn’t about pizza and pool tables, it’s about how we work together and support each other.
At Arch, we carry our quarterly Team Connect Days where we share ideas and discuss emerging technology. We also work closely with both of our local universities, carrying out portfolio reviews and offering graduates internship opportunities.
