Ikano Bank, founded by the family behind IKEA, has a long history of creating simple and fair financial services that help customers live better everyday lives. Continuing our partnership with Ikano Bank, we were invited to help launch their new IKEA Family Credit Card, designed to make it easier for customers to spread the cost of purchases and manage their home projects with flexibility and confidence.
The launch represented an exciting moment for IKEA, strengthening the connection between their retail experience and financial offering.
Ikano Bank needed creative assets to support the in-store launch of the IKEA Family Credit Card. The goal was to bring the new product to life in a way that felt unmistakably “IKEA”: approachable, inspiring, and focused on helping customers create a better home.
Our task was to create assets to support the official launch environment within the store, branded materials to support the campaign, and capture the excitement of the launch day itself through film.
To extend the campaign beyond the store, we filmed the launch event and created a full highlights video that captures the energy, engagement, and enthusiasm of the day. The film showcases the collaboration between IKEA and Ikano Bank, the passion of the teams involved, and the benefits of this new product for customers.



The launch campaign brought the IKEA Family Credit Card to market in a way that felt true to both brands: creative and focused on real people. Through engaging design and storytelling, we helped Ikano Bank strengthen its partnership with IKEA and connect with customers in-store and online.
