When we started working with James Sellicks back in 2006 they operated from one office. They’ve now grown to three offices and are one of the East Midlands’ most respected Estate Agents. Most significantly of all, James Sellicks is now an umbrella group incorporating a spectrum of divisions including Lettings, Surveys, Mortgages, listed buildings and First Moves departments.

We work as a full-service agency for James Sellicks producing every aspect of their creative requirements, from designing prestigious brochures for the high-end market, through to video, social, car fleet livery and ad campaigns.

The ‘Real’ Campaign

2017 marked James Sellicks’ 20th anniversary. To celebrate this achievement we were commissioned to create a comprehensive new campaign and decided to focus on the people behind the brand. Along with their local market expertise, their personal, hands-on approach is what sets James Sellicks apart from their competitors. With this in mind we devised a new company strap-line: ‘Real Knowledge. Real Experience. Real People’ which reflects the ethos of the brand.

Our campaign was multi-faceted – incorporating an overarching strategy, 20 year logo, offline ad campaign, photography, video and social media campaign. The centrepiece of the campaign has been a new explainer video, starring the Sellicks staff. The video was shot by Arch around Leicestershire and Rutland over a period of two weeks, then edited in house at Arch Creative. There has been a significant increase in customer engagement since the video has been promoted across all of their marketing channels.

Special Projects

The James Sellicks division called Special Projects looks after new developments and city centre schemes. These projects always require their own identities and over the years Arch have created many launch materials to help successfully promote them. One of the latest, shown here, is for The Queen’s Building, and we’ve created an extensive suite of elements including interior 3D renders and fly-throughs.

First Moves

First Moves is the latest arm of the James Sellicks group. In a nutshell this is a one-stop-shop exclusively for first time buyers and sellers. First Moves’ services cover everything customers need to buy or sell their first home – saving time, stress and money.

Arch created the branding which had a different look and feel to the main group, aimed at a younger demographic. We developed a range of illustrated characters which have been used throughout the sales materials, including an animation which simply explains the company proposition. View the video here.
