Compass Group are the world’s largest food service agency, and a market leader amongst contract catering companies in the UK.
They control a multitude of brands in different sectors and are a truly influential company due to their sheer reach and scope. The brand covers dozens of businesses working in the events sector, and as a preferred supplier of creative design work, this gives us the ability to work with a diverse range of companies.
Our preferred supplier status with Compass Group means we’ve worked with a variety of venue types including sporting stadia, stately homes, museums, art galleries and specialist sites such as zoos, indoor ski slopes and The O2. We also work closely with Compass Group partners Levy Restaurants, Lime Venue Portfolio and Payne & Gunter.
We create a range of marketing collateral for the Compass Group sales teams to push meetings, events and parties.
We may start by giving events or venues a strong brand identity, then bring the campaign to life with exciting printed and animated graphics, adverts, e-shots and exhibition materials. We complete every aspect of the creative process, from stunning photography and video, to websites and content creation.
The O2 is a multi-purpose indoor entertainment arena in London which holds the crown as the world’s busiest music arena. Compass Group looks after the hospitality at the venue, so we’ve been able to work directly with the 02 for many years. These projects include a range of corporate suite menus, concourse graphics and concession menus, as well as art directing photo shoots.
The American Express sponsored VIP lounge carried out a major interior overhaul and Arch Creative were commissioned to design and produce a range of high specification menus which would appeal to a music mad, affluent target market.
Our playful food menus were based on halved and hinged 12” vinyl records, complete with Jackson Pollock style paint splashes. The designs were constructed in anodised aluminium with engraved logos, lathed finishes and screen-printed colours.
Our designs were awarded the runners-up status in the illustrious Drum Design Awards.
Arch created a range of luxury menus and bar accessories for the co-branded Virgin Atlantic and Delta NY-LON bar. The name NY-LON reflects the New York to London destinations shared by the two famous airlines.
Our designs were based around the unique flight path patterns between these destinations, which were embossed into padded metallic gold material. We also created a cocktail menu, tip tray, tab card, clip-board and food & drink menus.
We developed the brand and style of Mexican-food-to-go restaurant Viva Burrito, which calls the O2 home. Our designs were geometric, with vibrant colouring to evoke the energy of Mexico through orange and teal. Our Day of The Dead themed icon fits in perfectly with the rest of this delicious little restaurants brand. The Viva Burrito brand has been rolled out to other venues including Excel.
