We partnered with Willows Health, a network of GP practices, to develop a unified brand identity that reflects their core values, and designed a user-friendly website to enhance patient engagement.
Willows Health, a network of GP practices, wanted to bring its various practices together under one unified brand. The goal was to create a brand identity that represented its core values and mission while allowing for growth. The new brand had to resonate with both patients and healthcare professionals, offering a sense of trust, care, and excellence in service delivery.
To meet this challenge, we began by gaining a deep understanding of Willows Health’s existing practices, its stakeholders, and its long-term goals. This insight guided us as we embarked on a rebranding process that not only aligned the practices under a single umbrella brand, but also captured the essence of what makes Willows Health unique.

Branding
We crafted a modern and versatile logo that reflects Willows Health’s commitment to growth and care. The brand identity was further enhanced through a refreshed colour palette of vibrant greens, symbolising health, renewal, and sustainability.
Brand Values
Four core values were defined: Compassion, Growth, Innovation, and Sustainability. These values reflect the organisation’s commitment to patient-centred care, continuous learning, embracing change, and providing sustainable healthcare solutions.
Brand Vision and Mission
Willows Health’s new vision positions it as a centre of excellence in healthcare, training, and research. The mission focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, fostering the development of the next generation of health professionals, and contributing to research that improves health outcomes.
Brand Guidelines Document
A brand guidelines document was created to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. This document outlines the correct use of logos, typography, colour palette, and tone of voice, providing a solid foundation for internal and external communications.
Website
The final step was creating a user-friendly website that embodies the new brand. The site is designed to offer clear navigation, easy access to information, and a seamless user experience for both patients and professionals. The new website not only serves as a digital face for Willows Health, but also strengthens its position as a forward-thinking healthcare provider.
