Travamigos is a platform designed to empower independent travellers, especially backpackers and solo explorers, to find like-minded companions, plan epic trips, and share unforgettable experiences.
Arch Creative collaborated with Travamigos to strengthen its brand purpose and deliver a creative identity that fully reflected the company’s ambition to disrupt the travel industry and ignite people’s desire to explore the world.
Travamigos approached Arch Creative with a clear challenge: the current brand didn’t convey its bold vision or emotional promise. They wanted a brand that would instantly inspire people to take the trip of a lifetime, and visually express the social, adventurous and human-centred nature of their service.



To bring Travamigos to life, we immersed ourselves in the mindset of the modern explorer, understanding what drives them, what they value in travel, and how they connect with others. From this insight, we developed an icon that visually brings together the brand’s key elements:
People: travel is shared, not solo
Heart: emotive experiences are at the core
Direction: bold, purposeful adventure
Destination: the reward at the end of the journey
These elements are merged into an animated ident that makes the brand unmistakable and easy to understand at a glance.



The new Travamigos colour palette features burnt orange and vibrant turquoise, inspired by the landscapes and cultures of beloved travel destinations. From tropical beaches to sunset horizons, the dynamic use of colour helps convey energy, optimism and a fresh perspective on travel.
Imaginative iconography and motion work together to express the brand’s personality across digital and social channels, making Travamigos feel as alive and connected as the trips it enables.
The refreshed brand now truly reflects what Travamigos stands for: a vibrant, people-driven travel community built on discovery and shared experiences. Its identity communicates intelligent tech, bold thinking and authentic adventure, helping attract the very community it was built for and positioning Travamigos as a standout in the travel landscape.
“In my uncreative head, the brief for the Travamigos re-brand seemed really simple… just design a cool, recognisable logo and send it over to me!? It wasn’t until the team sat me down for the briefing workshops that I realised how much there was to consider.
