We developed an inspirational script, captured authentic footage of their staff in their state-of-the-art Leicester offices, and edited this to create a narrative that resonated with both clients and employees.
Mattioli Woods, one of the UK’s premier wealth management firms, offers a comprehensive range of financial services, including pensions, ISAs, asset management, and employee benefits. Recognising that their people and heritage are key differentiators, they sought to create a brand video that authentically showcases their workforce and company story. We brought this vision to life through a people-focused and visually engaging production.
Our team crafted a narrative-driven script designed to highlight the expertise and dedication of Mattioli Woods’ staff. The script was paired with visuals of their new Leicester headquarters, emphasising the link between their modern facilities and the professional excellence of their team. To ensure authenticity, we featured actual employees, capturing them in various professional and social interactions within the workplace.
The production phase involved a one-day shoot at Mattioli Woods’ impressive Leicester offices. We sent a two-person videography team, employing a range of filming techniques to add depth to the footage, such as slow motion and time-lapse to convey the dynamic work environment and maintain viewer engagement.
A professional voiceover artist was enlisted to read the script, adding a polished finish to the visual narrative.
In the editing suite, our team enhanced the captured footage by creating branded animations such as an ident of the Mattioli Woods logo, and animated text overlays.
