We’ve been working with James Sellicks Estate Agents since 2006, and this year marks their 20th anniversary. During that time we have seen their business grow, opening new divisions such as Lettings, Surveys and Mortgages – as well as new offices in Market Harborough and Oakham.
To mark this achievement we were commissioned to create a comprehensive new campaign and decided to focus on the people behind the brand. The hands-on, personal approach is what sets James Sellicks apart from their competitors, along with their local market expertise. With this in mind we devised a new company strapline: ‘Real Knowledge. Real Experience. Real People’ which truly reflects the ethos of the brand.
Our campaign has been multi-faceted, incorporating an overarching strategy, 20 year logo, offline ad campaign, photography, video and social media campaign. The centrepiece of the campaign has been a new explainer video, starring the Sellicks staff.
Each team member included in the video has a couple of lines of dialogue from a script developed collaboratively by both companies. The footage was shot around Leicestershire and Rutland, taking in some of the most scenic areas – Rutland Water, Curve Theatre and The Old Grammar School in Market Harborough. The post production phase was swiftly completed with all the editing done in-house.

The final piece to the puzzle is the livery for the company car. Designed to catch the eye, the car wrap features the refreshed James Sellicks branding, alongside a Leicester city skyline and a Union Jack emblazoned across the roof. The car is instantly recognisable, and will be a brilliant advertisement for the estate agents service.
