How we helped improve our client’s sales pipeline by 50%

Arch has recently completed a suite of marketing collateral for Ataraxia.

Ataraxia operate in the financial services sector chiefly providing business solutions for insurance brokers.


A fresh new look for the website

The first task was to completely redesign the website. We identified that the old site wasn’t engaging with the audience or communicating effectively enough what Ataraxia do.

In order to achieve our goals we first focussed on the audience and developed a content plan. We used this to create a user journey that provides just enough information to maintain interest without overwhelming detail. Combine this with a compelling and easy to navigate design plus just enough social proof and we were on to a winning result.

Since the website relaunch, Ataraxia has reported having more incoming enquiries than ever before – reflected in a pipeline of strong prospects which has grown by around 50%.

A new sales brochure

Together with the website we also created a new piece of collateral – an 8 page sales brochure and interactive PDF incorporating new photography of all of Ataraxia’s team.

The brochure was created to provide warm leads and potential prospects with a little more information about Ataraxia. The design of this was a continuation of the website and helps to reinforce the overall brand image of professionalism with a personal touch.


A more substantial impression

Everyone appreciates a nice business card. We kept the design simple, but specified a much more substantial print finish. We went for a double-bonded finish which created a really impressive finish.

As part of the general collateral we also designed a new USB card for Ataraxia on to which we pre-loaded the sales brochure. This has been a great tool for the sales team to use at conferences and events.
