Ikano is an international company which was originally part of the home furnishing company IKEA. With several million customers, Ikano are one of the UK’s leading retail financial services companies.
Ikano work with a wide range of high street names including DFS, Karen Millen, Vision Express, Jaegar and New Look.
Ikano is split into two distinct divisions – credit services (Interest Free, Interest Bearing and Buy Now, Pay Later loans) and Loyalty (offering programs to retail partners that provide insight, making their marketing budgets more effective.)
Arch Creative started working with Ikano in 2012 and have built up a great working relationship. We’ve since designed exhibition graphics, brochures, leaflets and iPad presentations.
Arch were invited to pitch on a new campaign to design and produce a range of exhibition materials for the ‘Loyalty World’ event held in London.
Arch devised a clever new strap-line ‘Retail therapy’ which not only related to the retail channel Ikano were pushing, but primarily to the range of Loyalty remedies they could offer prospective new customers.
After successfully winning the pitch, the theme was rolled out across a variety of exhibition materials. We sourced a funky iPad demonstration stand and created a flexible pop-up stand that could be used at future events.
We also produced a mini leaflet which showcased the mobile app that Ikano have developed and created this at the same size as an iPhone. Finally the design was developed into a data capture postcard, email campaign, generic corporate brochure and roller banners.
