Compass Group are the world’s largest food service agency and the market leader in providing contract catering and support services to clients in a wide range of sectors and markets.

Through our relationship with Compass Group, Arch Creative work with many household name venues including football clubs Cardiff City and Sheffield United, stately homes including Dartmouth House, Stationer’s Hall and Hatfield House and large venues such as The 02 Arena, The Millennium Stadium, Bristol Zoo and The Royal Berkshire Conference Centre.

We create a range of marketing collateral for Compass Group, from conceptual flyers for the venue’s special events, websites for the conference and banqueting divisions, adverts, e-shots and exhibition materials.

Christmas marketing campaigns

Since 2008, Christmas has started early here at Arch! Usually in January, we start creating Christmas marketing campaigns for a wide range of Compass Group clients. From venues as diverse as Beaulieu National Motor Museum, through to the Old Royal Naval College and Edinburgh Zoo, we put together a range of materials for the marketing team to start pushing festive parties and events.

From the first Compass Group venue we created a campaign for, we’ve since increased this to 18 venues and we plan to hit 25 by the end of the year.

Initially we create an overall concept or theme for the Christmas parties and then from this we develop a 4 or 6 page brochure. The design is then adapted into e-shots, roller banners, flyers, large and small format posters and even a seasonal webpage to compliment the campaign. We also manage the print across a range of materials.

January is quite early after our own Christmas celebrations to start thinking about promotions for the following year, but the range of clients and diverse themes makes it an enjoyable process!
