Arch Creative is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our award-winning Graphic Design Agency based in Leicester city centre.

We are looking for a graduate who has recently attained a Marketing, Communications or Business degree that is looking for their first permanent job in a Marketing and Business development role.

You will be:

• Instrumental in providing internal and client-side marketing support as part of a growing portfolio of projects
• Managing social media and writing blogs for both Arch and a range of clients
• Supporting relationship management with clients
• Adept at internal and external communication
• Demonstrating initiative and ownership of client projects and developing leads in business
• Working in offline and online marketing channels
• Passionate, ambitious and a team player within a busy environment

You need to have:

• Marketing, Communications or Business related degree
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships
• Ability to prioritise, work in an organised and methodical manner and manage time efficiently
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong IT skills, and comfortable using a Mac
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media channels
• Knowledge of offline marketing techniques and trends
